James Young passed away but the ministry still thriving.

James Young is a typical 11th hour worker.  The Lord asked him to quit his secular job in the Summer of 2004. James first experience with a full-time missons ministry.  In September, 2004 the Lord sent him to Northwest Honduras to head a small group of churches missions projects, and complete construction work on three partially-built church buildings.  That was his first experience as a Missionary.  Since then, the Lord has uses him powerful to bless the people of Northwest Honduras–especially the pastors and members of Mision Nacional Nueva Vida de Honduras, where he is head of the ministry and supervisor of fifteen churches. 

James’ gifts towards missions:

• He trains pastors, 
• administers the money,
• supervises the pastors of the ministry, 
• builds church buildings,
• preaches and teaches,
• evangelizes and leads people to the Lord,
• plants new churches, and
• fasts and prays for a great revival in Honduras. 

The Lord has entrusted him with a great vision which you may read about under City of Refuge.

Secular Experience:

• Telephone Outside Plant Engineer for nine years,
• a Senior Electrical Engineering Designer for nine years, and
• a Software Engineer and Senior Programmer/Analyst for sixteen years. 

Education:

• Graduate of Calvary Cathedral International Bible College in 2002. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 1987 from Louisiana Tech University. 

All of his family are engineers, and he is an engineer and constructor to the bone.  Construction is his passion.

James Young’s heart to help the people of Northwest Honduras.  Jame raises and gives money, his time, his talents, his experience, his prayers and his heart.  He is very excited about what the Lord is about to do–both to fulfil the mission vision and to start a Great Awakening and end-time revival that will not wain until Jesus returns.
